Management Reporting and Ethics Training:

Breakwater Vantage will always be looking for ways to strengthen our corporate governance and Code of Ethics Agreement ("Ethics"). Through proactive engagement we have added new perspectives to better serve our clients and our communities by integrating ethics into the decision-making activities of all employees.  The Ethical decision-making framework helps a decision maker to see the situation from multiple perspectives and pay attention to aspects of the situation that may be less evident and more focused on short-term, self-focused perspective.  At Breakwater Vantage our goal is to foster and develop judgment and decision-making skills objectively using a wide-lens approach. Breakwater Vantage training materials will help employees and managers to do the right thing, which differentiates Breakwater Vantage from our peers and is a source of pride for our employees, by reinforcing ethical decision-making skills. Breakwater Vantage will always focus on high ethical standards in our operations, which will continue to drive our success on execution, community engagement, innovation and identification of important issues that may not otherwise be considered.

Breakwater Vantage is driving change through collaboration and commitment to industry leadership around Ethics by building transparency and performance measurements in a project life cycle, via:

Awareness among employees about ethical reporting

Increasing employee and contractor understanding of how, when and what to report

Once an ethical issue is disclosed, Breakwater Vantage will respond immediately and efficiently to resolve any ethical concerns
