Process Overview:

1. Froth Treatment: Enhanced separation of fines, bitumen, and solvents through a process involving deaeration, diluent addition, and gravity separation.

2. Evaporation Technology: Utilizes waste heat from on-site sources (compressors, flare stacks, boilers) for efficient water management.

3. Recovery and Purification: Bitumen and solvents are separated and purified, fines are de-watered to meet Ready-to-Reclaim (RTR) criteria.

4. Evaporation and Disposal: Rare minerals are recovered, and slurry water/solids not meeting RTR criteria are disposed of appropriately. Our evaporative technology acts as a crystallizer for effective water management.
